Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or you wish to replace it you may return it within 14 days. After this period returns are not accepted.  It must be in its original condition and packaging.

If the item(s) are being returned due to a fault, damage or an error on our part, we can either provide a full refund to the credit card used for the purchase or provide a replacement free of charge . Please Note that if the item(s) returned for any reason other than a fault, damage or an error on our part has a personalised garment a refund will only be provided for the toy.

If the item(s) is returned for any reason other than a fault, damage or an error on our part, return postage/shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the item(s) is to be replaced for any reason other than a fault, damage or an error on our part, return postage/shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition extra postage/shipping cost may apply to send the replacement.

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us. We recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is specified, resulting in failed delivery, redelivery can be arranged (subject to a redelivery cost) or a refund can be issued less delivery costs. Where goods are faulty postage costs will be refunded.
